How to Showing Your Song in Winamp to Facebook Status

You have the desire to change facebook status in accordance with the song are you listening? or you want to show a song that are you listened to the wall box ?

Maybe you can try the following ways, but this only runs if you play a song through Winamp Media Player.

Step1:

Download and Install Winamp – Facebook Listening to v1.0 Plugin for Winamp 2.x and 5.x for: 431 KB

Step 2:

Installing Application on Facebook:

Install Application I am Listening To on Facebook : apps.facebook.com (where you have to log into your Facebook account)

Step 3:

Checking:

Sign in to the home page I am Listening To On Facebook: apps.facebook.com

Step 4:

1. Turn on your Winamp
2. Go to Winamp Preferences [Ctrl + P]
3. Select the Plugins and the General Purpose
4. Search and Select “Facebook Listening to v1.0″ on right windows click “Configure selected plugin” in the lower left.
5. After that, Fill in the required data such as FACEBOOK USER ID and Secret Key to this data in the Application home page I am Listening To
6. Click on the Plugins Plugin Enabled Disabled and check the Update Status column Enable and click OK on this Winamp plugin settings.

Step 5:

1. Return to the home page Application I am Listening to, setting a time when Indonesia [UTC +7]
2. Click Save Preferences.

Step 6:

1. Log into Facebook Settings page (next to Logout) – Navigate to the Application Settings
2. Find word I am Listening To and Click “Edit Settings” on the right.
3. Once entered, in the “Box” click on “Add”, then press OK.
4. Return to your profile page (on facebook), will come out a new box next to Photos.
5. Log in and move I am Listening To the Wall you.

Up to this step, if you listen to the song it will be automatically updated in the status box and the page I am Listening to in your profile.

To disable this application, ypu can do the following 2 steps:

1. Disabling Auto Update Status: Uncheck the Enable column on the Status Update your Winamp Plugin settings, then your status will not change automatically again according to the song you’re listening to. Namun pada bagian Box, akan tetap terekam dan terhistory. But in the Box, will still be recorded and terhistory.
2. Disabling Overall: Change a Plugin Plugin Enabled Disabled in your Winamp Plugin settings. Maka I am Listening To tidak akan berjalan lagi. So I am Listening To not run again.
