How to Install and Use the WHFC Client in Windows XP

Did you have a problem to install whfc client for the network fax server HylaFAX ? may be this is one off the solution hoe to install whfc on Windows XP.

First download whfc from whfc sites , and after thats you can installing in your computer. After completing the install, add the printer through the Control Panel>> Printers and Faxes .

Choose here a Local Connected Printer >> WHFCFAX Faxprinter port and click next.

For the drivers I choose the Apple LaserWriter 16/600 then click next to finish.

After the driver installation process is complete. To send a file to the fax, open the file you want to send and select print files using this printer installed.

After the driver installation process is complete. To send a file to the fax, run the application whfc client. Then open the file that will be sent with the application (eg: doc with msoffice or open office, jpeg with ACDSee) and select the print files using this printer installed.

Then click ok or print the whfc client will open the window to fill the fax destination number. Once the destination number is written, then click ok and the fax will be sent.
